We’re not hiring publicly yet — but we’d love to hear from you

WealthNest is pre-revenue and pre-public-launch. The team is small and intentional. When we open roles, they’ll appear here.

The honest version

What it’s like to build something in the financial-wellness category right now

The financial-wellness benefits market matured on content (videos, courses, articles) and didn’t mature on outcomes. WealthNest exists because pay-for-performance matching, behavioral economics, and SECURE Act 2.0’s regulatory clarity make a different kind of product possible — one that measurably moves savings rates instead of measurably increasing course-completion rates.

We’re a tiny team (founder + dedicated writer + advisors) working with design partners ahead of public launch in Q3 2026. We aren’t ready to put job postings on Indeed. But the categories of people we’ll need first are clear, and if any of them describe you, we want to know.

Engineers who like fintech-meets-HR
Payroll integrations (ADP, Workday, Gusto, Rippling), Plaid, banking-partner APIs. Static-site work plus the eventual real platform.
Benefits + comp specialists
You’ve helped employers design retirement plans, ESPPs, or wellness programs. You know what makes brokers actually adopt a new product.
Behavioral economists / researchers
You’ve worked on savings program design, financial decision-making, or Defined Contribution research at EBRI / Vanguard / a similar institution.
Operators / GTM
You’ve taken a B2B SaaS or fintech product from 0 to 100 paying customers. You’re comfortable in the broker / HR-buyer middle of the funnel.

How we think about working together

Five things that shape how this team operates

Outcomes > output. We’d rather ship one well-tested feature that moves savings rates than ten features that show up in a release-notes blog post.
Honest comparisons, including when we’re not the right answer. The blog includes “when SecureSave is the better choice” sections. Same applies internally — we tell each other when an idea isn’t the right one.
Remote-first, founder-led. Async-by-default. No fixed office. Quarterly in-person off-sites once headcount justifies them.
Pre-revenue compensation is honest. Equity-heavy comp until paying customers exist. We’ll tell you the math and the dilution model in the first conversation. No mystery cap tables.
The product practices what it preaches. When we hire, employer ESA + financial wellness benefits will be part of the standard offer. Building a benefit and not extending it to your own team is incoherent.
