Common questions

When does WealthNest Finance launch?
We're targeting a 2026 launch. Sign up for early access via the employer guide form or the guide download page and you'll be first to know — including access to beta pricing before we launch publicly.
What does an employer need to do to offer WealthNest?
Very little lift on your end. WealthNest integrates with major payroll providers (ADP, Gusto, Rippling, Paychex, Workday, Paycom) to enable direct paycheck contributions. Employee savings will be held in dedicated accounts at a regulated partner institution. We handle account administration, employee financial education, and the AI financial education assistant. Full details are in the employer guide.
Is the financial wellness module available now?
A preview of the employee-facing financial wellness experience is available here. It includes 6 financial wellness modules, interactive tools, and a demo of Vera — our AI financial education assistant. Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. The full production version is part of the employer platform launching in 2026.
How is the Emergency Savings Account different from a 401(k)?
An ESA is designed for short-term financial resilience — money set aside for unexpected expenses like car repairs, medical bills, or income gaps. Unlike a 401(k), it's accessible without penalties and isn't invested in markets. SECURE 2.0 created new employer-sponsored ESA options (PLESAs) that complement, not compete with, retirement savings. Chapter 2 of the employer guide covers this in full.
Is there a cost to employees?
The financial wellness program and AI coaching are employer-paid benefits — zero cost to employees. The Emergency Savings Account may have a small monthly fee depending on plan structure, but many employer configurations cover it entirely. Pricing details will be shared with early-access employers before launch.
I'm a benefits broker. Can I refer clients?
Yes — we're actively building a broker/consultant channel. Get the employer guide (it's designed to be shareable with clients), then reach out to hello@wealthnest.finance with "Broker Partner" in the subject line. We'll get you set up ahead of launch.
