Your EIN and payroll provider let us pre-configure the two post-tax deduction lines we'll set up in step 4.

No new software required. WealthNest works with your existing payroll system using two standard post-tax deduction lines — one for the employee contribution, one for employer rewards.

Design your incentive.

Set a lifetime budget per employee. WealthNest is pay-for-performance — you only pay when an employee earns it. The budget is split 50/50 across two behavioral milestones.

Platform fee: $5 per employee per month, billed monthly. This covers the WealthNest platform, employee dashboards, financial education content, automated verification, and admin tools — separate from any incentive payouts.
Estimate at 100 eligible employees: $500/month.

Upload your roster and connect payroll.

Drop your standard payroll census file and confirm the two post-tax deduction lines we'll add to your payroll system.

Required columns: employee_id, first_name, last_name, work_email, mobile_phone (optional)

We'll send your payroll provider contact a one-pager with these two post-tax deduction lines to add. Setup typically takes 15 minutes.

1
Employee Contribution Line — code WN-EE-CONTRIB. Routes the employee's per-paycheck deduction to their linked WealthNest savings account.
2
Employer Reward Line — code WN-ER-REWARD. Pays out signup bonuses and milestone matches after you approve each one in your dashboard.
WealthNest handles verification. We use Plaid's open-banking APIs to confirm savings balances and education completion automatically — you just approve the payout.
